Whether you’re a new vendor or a returning favorite, we’re so excited to welcome you to The Old Town Flea Market family! We love partnering with local small business owners and creatives to create a fun, inspiring, and memorable shopping experience for our community.

Vendor Guidelines

To maintain the charm and character of our market, merchandise should reflect the following balance:

  • 80% vintage, antique, or handcrafted items

  • 20% commercially produced items

This helps us stay true to our vintage/antique/artisan flea market concept.

Please note: The Old Town Flea Market is a juried event. All vendors are carefully selected based on the products they plan to sell.

Vendor Categories Currently Full

At this time, we are not accepting new vendor applications for the following categories:

  • Plants & succulents

  • Jewelry

  • Wood signs

  • Soaps & candles

  • Hats / hat bars

  • Plush giftables

Application & Payment Information

If your application is approved, you will receive an email confirmation and invoice. Payment must be completed within 5 days of receiving your invoice.

Important: We will only request payment via the official invoice email. We will never contact you through other methods for payment. Please be cautious of fraudulent messages.

  • 13’ x 13’: $425 (Sold Out)

  • 9’ x 9’: $350

  • 8’ Tabletop: $250 (Sold Out)

Outdoor Spaces

  • Concrete Space 10’ x 20’: $325 (Sold Out)

  • Lawn/Asphalt Space 10’ x 15’: $300

Mobile Food Truck Vendor

  • $150
